We went shoe shopping and Uncle Zacky and Kam got matching “shoe-shoes”, as Kamryn says.

Our baby girl is too pretty for her own good and she is getting SO big!!
Kamryns “cool dudes” broke…but she didn’t seem to care..
she wore them just like this without a care in the world…
And last but not least here she is wearing Mama’s “shoe-shoes”. Kamryn has a serious shoe fetish!!! Smart girl!

Happy Birthday Lexi!

Okay, lets be serious….how in the world is my baby sister 12 years old? I remember the day she was born like it was yesterday. I remember it was the first day of 8th grade and I couldn’t concentrate on anything to save my life. I worried about my Mom and of course could not wait to see my baby sister!!! I had asked for a baby sister since before my brother was born. I actually used to say “I don’t want no stinkin’ brothers!!” when my Mom was pregnant with my brother. I was 4 at the time. LOL! I really never thought it would happen. I thought it was me and Zack forever. But low and behold my mom surprised us, broke the mold…was 42 years old and had a beautiful, healthy baby girl who has brought so much joy, laughter, and smiles into our life since. The moment I saw her there was an instant bond. I even fed her, her first bottle because my Mom had just had a c-section and wasn’t up for anything.

Lexi is a great kid. Shes sweet but feisty! She’s innocent but knows way too much! Shes smart. Shes talented…have you seen her movie Sacrifice and Bliss? She’s funny, spunky and full of life. And, of course, I really don’t have to say it but shes beautiful!!

Alexis Erina Lonergan…I am so proud of you! You are the sister I prayed for, for years and years!! I know there are 13 years between us but that doesn’t matter even for a second. I love you so so much and couldn’t of asked for a better sister. We have a bond that no one else in the world could ever understand. Thanks for being such a great Auntie to Kamryn. She loves you more than anything!!  I think you guys might end up with the same bond you and I have. At least I hope so.
I love you Lou!!!

My Best Girls

I never talked about my bachelorette party on here.
Probably because bachelorette parties aren’t usually family friendly
This is loooong overdue but I want to thank all of you for the time of my life….and of course for being there throughout my life….
Annie, Lianne, Catherine, Caitlin, Amy R, Jenn G, Lauren, Jenn D and Amy B.You all are so special to me in so many ways!! I think its safe to say none of us will ever forget the night of my bachelorette party. We made memories to last a lifetime. I can see us now….old ladies in our wheelchairs telling our great-grandchildren about partying with the Bruins after they won the Stanley Cup! How lucky are we?!?! We planned this months before never even thinking anything like this would happen. This quite possibly topped the night I got married!! (Sorry Mike!)
I’ve been meaning to do this forever but this summer was SO busy!! Since, its was raining the past few days I actually was able to write this.
So, here it goes…I’m going to be extra cheesy, but I promise its 100% from the heart!

Annie: My maid of honor and my best friend in the world. We have been through so much over the years. I think its safe to say we’ve been with each other through the happiest of times and the saddest of times. You are Kamryn’s godmother because of how important you are to me and I can’t imagine it any other way. You’re seriously more like a sister to me than anything else. I laugh more with you than anyone else in the world. And your quite possibly one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. We can go weeks without seeing each other and the second we are together we pick up right where we left off. I love you and thank you for always being there and for being the best friend I could ever ask for!!
Lianne: Wow! Where do I begin? First of all you are my twin! When I moved to Holbrook you were one of the first people to even speak to me. That first day of school was so scary for me and I remember having a little bit of hope after talking to you. We just clicked and I felt like I knew you forever. We have been the best of friends ever since. You are such an amazing person inside and out. Your always there when I need someone to talk to! You were my first friend I told I was pregnant with Kamryn and you were so comforting in telling me everything would be okay. I’ll never forget that. I love you more than you know!! Thanks for everything!!
Catherine: Oh, Catherine…looking back and trying to remember our first memory together, all I think of is us on Christmas Eve in our PJ’s when we were just babies. You are more than a friend to me you are family…plain and simple! We have become so much more close over the years and its so wonderful. We talk literally everyday! I swear I talk to you more than anyone!! You are my decision maker, and I need that because we both know how indecisive I am. You’ve helped me so much with the wedding and everything else in my life. So, if I haven’t thanked you enough..THANK YOU!! I love you!!!
Caitlin: We have so many memories as kids but since I told you I was pregnant our relationship went from cousins who talked every now and again to really good friends. You have helped me so much and you don’t even know it. I love watching Brielle and Kamryn (B-ellle and Tam-wyn) together and I am so excited to watch them grow. You’re always there with advice even if you know its not what I want to hear. And I need that sometimes. I cherish the relationship we have grown to have. Thanks for everything..love you!!!
Amy R: Amy, Amy, Amy…..I don’t remember a time when me, you, and Jenn weren’t getting into trouble together. There are things we did at such a young age that scares me, but makes me laugh at the same time because we really thought we were so cool. You can make anyone laugh, including me, at any given time!! You have the biggest heart in the world. You’re constantly telling everyone how much you love them and I love that about you. You remind me SO much of your mother!! I can’t imagine not having you as part of my wedding day…and just in case I forget to tell you (cuz I know you never forget), I LOVE YOU!!
Jenn G: Well, what can I say? Monday nights at your apartment instantly run through my head when I think of you and I starting our friendship. I think we thought we were Lauren and Audrina from The Hills! HAHA! You’re a beautiful person and I am so proud of you for everything you have accomplished. You deserve everything you have!! You’ve always been there for me, I can’t remember a time when you weren’t. You are one of my best friends and I am so lucky that I have a friend that just gets it! You and I are always on the same page and I love that! There isn’t anyone else in my life that understands me like you do. Thanks for always being there…love you Jenn!
Lauren: Your probably the most beautiful person I know. And not just looks wise, because lets face it you’re gorgeous, but in your heart. Your so sincere and I don’t even think you know it. I have so many memories of waffles in the morning down in Kingston, begging our Dads to take us to the movies, and being dorks putting on dancing shows in the basement. I truly have nothing but happy memories with you and that says a lot. Thank you for everything, you’re amazing and I love you!!!
Jenn D: Like I said in Amy’s post all I have are wonderful but borderline scary memories of us growing up. Lets never let Kamryn and Olivia do those things, okay? You were seriously my mentor while I was pregnant. Having our babies only 3 weeks apart was so special and a bond I am sure that I will never have with anyone else in the world. It brought us so much closer and I am so thankful for that. Your always there for me and never judge no matter what I need to talk with you about. I love you so much!! Thanks for being there!
Amy B: Last but certainly not least. You have always been there for me. You have listened to me cry for hours, even when it makes you feel uncomfortable. You are such a good friend! I remember numerous times that you’ve put me before you and I am so thankful for that. You and I have this bond and if either one of  us needs the other…12 noon or 3 am, we will drop everything and be there, no questions asked! I don’t have that with anyone else. Of course, I don’t even think I have to mention it, but we have so much fun together. We have spent months together at every waking hour and somehow never got sick of each other. Oh, the memories!!! Thanks for being one of my best friends. I love you so so much!!

Everyone told me I was crazy to have so many bridesmaids….my response to them, you’re just not lucky enough to say so many great girls in your life.

I LOVE YOU ALL MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!

Kamryn is 20 Months Old!

I haven’t done a post like this in awhile. I figured it was about time to just talk about Kamryn instead of what we’ve been up to!

I cannot believe it! In just 4 short months our baby girl will be 2 years old! How did that happen?!?

Kamryn is the sweetest little girl in the world. She loves to give kisses and is constantly running up to family and friends and hugging all of us so tight around our legs. She has a smile that lights up any room and is always making people laugh!!

Kam loves music and has such an ear for it. It’s amazing. She will sing along to anything and everything! But especially her favorite TV shows.

Kamryn is a talking machine. Honestly, she has her own language. It’s so funny to listen to her because she will speak and you have no idea what shes just said but when shes finished she will patiently wait for an answer. She repeats EVERYTHING!!! In between her own language she does speak English and even says full sentences. I look at her, listen to her talk, and its hard to believe she was that tiny little baby I gave birth to just 20 months ago.

Kamryn is fearless and it shows!! Right now she has a huge egg on her forehead from standing up in Pappi’s boat too fast and whacking her head. And of course she still has her two chipped teeth. Shes constantly running too fast and tripping over her own two feet. I may or may not have heart failure before I’m 26! SLOW DOWN KAMRYN!!

Mike and I feel so extremely blessed to have such a wonderful daughter. She really is amazing in every which way. Of course, shes a typical kid. Kamryn is no angel and has pretty much mastered the temper tantrum. But, of course, we love her just the same! We make sure to thank God everyday for allowing us to have Kamryn in our lives.

Happy 20 Months Kamma-Lou!
