God Bless Logan Michael

On Sunday October 21st we had Logan baptized. What a beautiful day! It was absolutely perfect!

With Logan’s godparents…Catherine and Zack

Kamryn and Brielle dancing

All of the godparents🙂
Jim and Annie with their goddaughter Kamryn
Zack and Catherine with their godson Logan
Our little man was cranky the whole time in church and only happy when he was chewing on his fist. He refuses to take a binky so the only option was for him to chew on his hand over my shoulder. I really think he is already teething…poor guy! But other than Logan being a little cranky the day went off without a hitch! The company was great! The food was great! The DJ was great (thank you Nick)! I say it a lot but we are so truly blessed! Thank you to all of our friends and family who were there to celebrate Logan’s big day with us and who helped make this day so special!
A special thank you to Jim for taking the pictures…they came out great!!

October has been so busy for us. SO busy in fact that we never were able to get to the apple orchard or pumpkin patch! This kills me!! It’s one of those things that I look forward to it every year!!

There are two reasons we were unable to go this year….
1. Mike has been working a ton of overtime! I appreciate this more than you know…this overtime is the reason I am able to be a stay at home mom. But we miss him so much when he’s not home on his usual Tuesday and Sunday. This time of year though its really needed. The extra money helps so much when Christmas comes along.

2. Logan’s christening is on Sunday. I have been so busy planning the big party! This day is so incredibly special to me and a day I look forward to for my babies.
(the christening is another reason Mike has been working tons of overtime)

I cannot believe how big Logan is getting! Its incredible how fast time is flying!! He turned 3 months on Wednesday! How did that happen?!?! He is getting so good at holding his big ol’ head up. He is rolling over from front to back…which makes tummy time a real challenge and is so close to rolling over from his back to his belly. He gets on his side and squirms and cries and gets so frustrated. Its so sad but really cute at the same time. Before we know it he’s going to be rolling all over the place.

Not much has changed with Kamryn since my last update. Can you believe she is almost 3?!? We can’t! She is so excited for Halloween and keeps telling me that she’s excited to go trick or treating. She also keeps talking about Christmas. This is such a fun age! (I say that all the time) I thought last year she was starting to get the whole Christmas thing but this year she’s really into it! We talk about Santa A LOT! I think this is going to be our best Christmas yet!

I’ll have a lot of updating to do in the upcoming weeks…so stay tuned
