The Sircus is back....tell your friends.
LOL!
It's that time again. Time for me to try to trick myself into thinking I'll keep up with this blog again. The kids get out of school on Monday and even though yes, the chaos is definitely going to pick up a little bit, Mama needs something for her. If there's one thing I've learned in my 9.5 years of being a mom, it is ESSENTIAL that as a mom you have something that is solely YOURS. I have this blog where I take sometime every now and again to just write. Write about our family, write about myself, write about whatever I feel like in that moment. And truthfully, every time I take a break I end up missing it SO much. My last post was in January and here I am again. I hope even if its just a post every 6 months, I never give up on this blog.
The Sass Sircus is back in action!
Although, the Sircus has never stopped. We are BUSY! The kids are getting bigger and more opinionated and funnier and sweeter and sassier all at the same time. Baby #5 is due December 5th and its a BOY! We could not be more thrilled! (More on that later because he deserves his own post)
As all parents know the last week of school is a doozy. Field trips, themed days, field day, so many papers coming home, teacher gifts to give, etc etc. I think I'm finally getting used to it though, because this year it feels less overwhelming. Let's just wait til all 5 kids are in school...I'm sure I'll be ripping my hair out! HA! Speaking of hair...today Kamryn had Whacky Hair Day!
I am holding on so tightly to these days. I know they are fleeting and within just a couple years she's going to be "too cool" for theme days and will roll her eyes when I bring out the cute dresses with daisy's on them. In a world where, in my opinion, kids are growing up way too fast, I am so happy she still lets me put bows in her hair (on occasion) and she still likes all the things that make her a little girl. Kamryn is one of the sweetest most thoughtful kids you'll ever meet and I pray those are qualities she always holds on to. I just hate to see her grow up....but then love it at the same time. You know what I mean.
Ahhh yes, little girls, I have to run.....these two are currently fighting over who gets the mermaid cup.... a mothers work is never done.
Have the best day! xoxo
