I need a little push, okay a big push....
I'm so disappointed in myself. I worked so hard last year to lose 20lbs and then gained it all back and then some. I'm so unhappy with my body. I look in the mirror and can't believe I let myself go, again. My husband is incredible. He tells me everyday how beautiful I am and how much he loves my body. So please know, this is all me. I'm fully aware a smaller frame will not bring me happiness but I need to lose this extra weight. My weight has been fluctuating for years and I can't get a hold on it. My clothes don't fit comfortably and I'm just sick of feeling rundown, uncomfortable and tired.
I'm here asking for someone, anyone to reach out...who also had little to no motivation to get going and finally found it and found something that worked ... let me know what you did. I have the diet down - I just need to stick to it. But I need to be more active. So, it's really time to work out. If you have a youtube channel you can recommend, dvd's (are those even a thing anymore?), something on demand. I really don't want to buy into a program right now, although if I did that might motivate me even more? Hmmm... But I want to prove to myself I can do this. Right now I can only work out at home. I don't have the childcare to get out of the house multiple days a week so the gym isn't happening.
I just want to be healthy, get my energy levels up and feel good in my clothes. That's really it.

Hi. So I know you said you have the diet down, but may I ask what the diet consists of? That way, I could make a suggestion that could vastly improve your energy levels and motivation.
